For us at ActionJAV.com, this is the time of year we reflect on the happenings of the year to now and give thanks to everyone who has helped us get to where we are. Thank you for your patronage. We owe our continued success to you.
This year has had its ups and downs, like they all do, but with the poor economy and tragic life changing personal losses to some of our key upper management, this year has been exceptionally challenging.
Development is now back on track, major issues have been addressed and we want to update you on where we are. Below you will find some bullet points that address what we have been doing and what our intentions for the future are at ActionJAV.com.
What we have done recently:
OUR SITE SPEED HAS VASTLY IMPROVED. ActionJAV.com has never been so responsive. In the past, attackers have been able to disrupt service by bombarding our servers. We have dealt with this in a wide variety of ways, but now have a highly professional and adaptable solution to provide ultra fast responsive service even under the strongest of disruption attempts. We aim to give you what you pay for and rapidly, even if someone else out there doesnt want you to have that service.
OUR MOVIE RELEASES ARE CLOSER TO THE STUDIO RELEASE DATES. We are now adding titles to the site closer to their original studio release dates than ever. No more waiting for months for released movies of your favorite actresses to show up on our site. As an added benefit, our new way of updating allows us to honor customer requests in a very timely manner. We plan on implementing a customer request system in the very near future. So you will get what you want, and pretty darn quickly.
WE ARE PUBLISHING MORE CONTENT THAN EVER. This is one area where we clearly blow our competition out of the water. We are now releasing between 7-10 movies daily, including bonus releases. Our goal is to have the largest online JAV collection in the world and while we release a ton of new movies daily, we sometimes miss titles that are "must haves" for the collection. That is where the bonus releases come in. We use this system to post stuff we missed the first time along, so it may be dated, but still very well worth watching. We think of it as, if you have not seen it yet, then it is still new to you!
WE HAVE ADDED A NEW SERVER BANK. To have the largest JAV collection in the world, we need to add servers so we never have to remove previously published content. To this end, we have just added some fresh servers to load up with more daily and bonus releases, as well as make room for the resources required to complete our high quality video conversion project.
WE HAVE IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. Our development team has taken over customer service responsibilities in the hopes to fix any problems that occur as rapidly as possible. This removes the middle man, which is sometimes unable to resolve problems immediately. In our development re-focus, this has become our highest priority at ActionJAV.com. We are committed to putting you first.
WE HAVE SMARTER SECURITY. Customers are now given the benefit of the doubt, without review. If and when any account is suspended by our security software, which is set to a very high threshold a vast majority of customers will never experience, we will simply change the account password and notify the customer promptly. It is only after a second violation the account will actually be reviewed.
WE HAVE LESS RESTRICTIVE FIREWALLING. Without getting too far into the technical details, customers will not receive access restrictions due to malicious attackers. Just because someone may be attacking our site does not mean you will be denied access even if in the same geographical location.
What we are working on now:
WE ARE CONTINUING THE REAL TO WMV FORMAT CONVERSION. Our goal is to be out with the old and in with the new prior to the New Year. That means we intend of having every movie on our site upgraded to a full length high quality streaming video. We are 75% of the way there. We have resumed this project having upgraded hundreds of files in the last days and hope to have some more batches of new files uploaded in the coming week.
WE WILL BE ADDING USER CUSTOMIZATION FEATURES TO THE SITE. We have plans. Big plans. With your help, we will build this site into a very unique experience. This will begin with some basic features which will allow you to tailor aspects of our website to suit your tastes. In the end, you can help to make ActionJAV.com the most enjoyable, interactive JAV website in the world!
WE WILL BE CREATING A MOBILE VERSION OF THE SITE. We know in this day and age customers want access from mobile devices. From phones to tablets, we are working on a solution where you can use our service across multiple platforms.
WE WILL BE IMPROVING THE FETISH FILM FINDER. If you have ever used the Fetish Film Finder, you are probably aware that it is an amazing tool that can provide content like no other. It is however resource intensive. We are developing a plan to breed efficiency into this powerhouse.
